Modify Perl script

I have a perl script that does a bunch of network checks. It runs based on an email sent to it. I need it to now take input from a webpage, and run a series of checks on a website. This script was written in PERL and I would like to keep it. Most of the checks listed below are in the script now. I have another script that does some of the work, but it does not do the 19 checks I need made. Here is a list of the checks: 1)Name to IP 2)Arin lookup 3) DNS Server names 4) DNS Admin name 5) DNS trace 6) Traceroute to website 7) Webserver Type 8) Server OS 9) Patch Level 10) Open Ports 11) Email server 12) Email server open ports 13) Webserver banner 14) Email server banner 15) Open Relay test 16) Httptrack of website 17) Archive check 18) Crawl archive site 19) Google/Yahoo/Bing search of website address. All of this will be placed into a report. I will provide a report template for the script.
