A Message for all Employers !

Hya to all of you , I'm posting this to get some things straight !! I post this message with the hope that you will understand what is debuging / fix and what is a custom modification of a script !!!!! Lots of you guys posts projects like script fixes , a fix its a "repairing task" not a custom modification of a so called script / platform / plugin (etc.) to make it load faster or some sort of things those are custom mods please understand that and post your project with the right meaning title !!!!
