Build a janitorial app/web page

This will be a application on Android and IPhones. This will also be accessible on the web as a web page.

Features:

1. Connect software/app (for managers and employees)

a. Allows communication between managers and staff via instant messaging.

b. Will create a profile of employee to track performance

c. Allows pictures to be exchanged

d. Allows workers to clock in via GPS location and picture

e. Track hours so that it can be downloaded and adjusted if need be. Will also track paychecks and payments to workers

i. Must have feature to include breaks, lunch breaks, etc

2. Proposal software/app: (For managers)

a. Must have walk-through template (will be provided by me)

b. Using a drop down menu and manual inputs, create a organized and professional proposal. (provided by me).

3. QR Scan: (for managers and employees and clients)

a. Using QR Codes

i. Will be used for inspection (Form can be built by customer or can use one of our templates)

ii. Will be used by clients, managers, and employees

iii. The QR code scan will be used to provide feedbacks/requests/complaints about certain areas. It will be sent to the manager and the employee of that section.

4. Inventory: (for managers and employees)

a. Will be used to track inventory. Inventory form will be preset with fields but can be updated.

5. Client Portal: (for managers and clients)

a. Will be used for billing, direct communication with client, special requests, satisfaction tracking, paper work storage, can see a overview of the cleaning and team members in the building. This can also be used for special cleaning schedules. For example, stripping & waxing in the spring. If the client approves, it will be added to the calendar. This can be used to submit invoices to customer and track payments.

6. Calendar that highlights the calendar. The calendar can be pre-populated with days that the client is open/closed
