When can you send me the drawing for the air brake system? Can you tell me up front is it air over spring or spring over air? One is where the spring applies the brake and the air releases (like on a truck trailer) the other is opposite. This is very important as spring actuated brakes are fail safe - as in if anything fails then the spring applies the brake and everything stops. The other is rarely used for this reason but there can be some unusual applications - the "exception to the rule". The other rare (but possible) is direct actuation of sir onto the brake? If you are doing this it can get tricky - because it is almost impossible to make fail safe. Any air failure like a leak, burst hose, hose disconnection and you have no brake. Having air pressure controlled electrically is fairly straight forward until you get to the requirements of the air. Air is both pressure and volume. Do you know how much air you need? (standard cubic feet - like holley carburetors). Do you know what pressure range you need?
