Dear all,
I m looking for a transport solution for my e-scooters. It should be somekind of transport cage which could be picked up by logistik companies with lift trucks.
The transport cage should be foldable so that I can send it by mail. The customer should then be able to simply set up the cage. Then you can drive the scooter into the cage and fix the scooter in the cage.
My scooters have a length between 170 and 200cm. and a width of 60 to 80 cm.
- The cage should be used multiple times
- The weight must not be higher than 29 kg
- In the post box, the size of the box must not be longer than 118 cm. 60 cm wide and 60 cm high.
On the scooter must be fixed with a belt on the box.
- At the bottom must be a second empty level so that the roller cage can be transported with lift trucks.
- The scooter needs 4 poles at each corner to put a tarp over the cage.
- The cage must be easy and fast to set up by technical laymen
Enclosed a picture of a possabile transport cage but this you can not send by mail.
I'm looking for a technical drawing (including material) to build this cage myself. Can you make such a technical drawing that meets all my requirements?
