I need an application to be made for a job in the Bronx. The work was done already and permits were previously pulled in 1985 but has since expired. The house is a 3 family with a studio apartment. The studio was converted in 1985 but never was inspected. I need new plans/drawings and an application made with department of buildings so the 3 family house can be designated as a 4 family.
