Hey, If you need help in this, please don't pay very much. Message me and I will help you. I am familiar with epoxy casting for carbon fiber layup, see my profile for my portfolio. The drone I made has parts that I made myself out of carbon fiber. I would suggest that you purchase mixing cups that are accurately graduated. They typically are not accurate at all! Make sure the cups are smooth and free of writing and stuff. Any part of the formula that sticks to the insides cannot mix properly. If you pick up smooth cups and squared off sticks, you can mix the resin and reach into the corners of the cup to do so accurately. When you pump the two-part mixture into the cup, make sure you use a scale for the most accurate measurement. This will be a different ratio sometimes since you are measuring by weight and not volume. Read the label to make sure you get that nailed down. When you mix, mix slowly and keep note of your pot life. Be sure to mix it VERY slowly. Do not get bubbles into the mixture or you will leave bubbles in the parts that need to come off later. You can warm the cup to make it a bit thinner but not too much or you could set the mixture much faster. You can award me this or not, but I hope this helped you!
