Residential Home Engineering/Construction/Architectural Plans following International Residential Code - Multiple Projects

I have multiple projects to going and need much help so many of you will be selected. Provide bids for any or all of the following items: 1. cost per square foot, residential construction plans (family dwellings) 2. cost per square foot, commercial construction plans(gyms, offices, restaurants, clubs) 3. cost per square foot, residential architectural drawings (family dwellings) 4. cost per square foot, commercial architectural drawings (gyms, offices, restaurants, clubs) 5. cost per fixture, bathroom plumbing plan (i.e. sink + shower + toilet = 3,) 6. cost per unit, electrical plan (i.e. 10 lights + 3 outlets = 13 unit) 7. cost per acre, grading plan (including storm water planning) 8. cost per bathroom, septic plan 9. cost per foot, driveway planning (mountainous areas) 10. cost per revision, revising items on existing drawings given a pdf with redlines / handwritten edits 11. cost per drawing, bill of materials Please consider, all items require 22"x32" drawings to be produced in pdf format. DWG files must be delivered as well. All work must be done in accordance with the International Building Code or International Residential Code. I will provide you with hand sketches of whatever you are to work on. Sometimes you will need to improvise. Use your best judgement. I expect 3 day turn around in general. Critical items will be compensated accordingly. Bigger projects will be given longer deadlines. You may revise your pricing at any time, except mid project. Don't do that unless it's reallly going bad, and then you should just talk to me so we can sort it out. I am here to make sure that you succeed and get better at what you like to do. Note that some of my projects are 200 sqft tiny homes, 2,000 square foot cabins, and a gym with an olympic sized pool. All of them eco-friendly!
