I need help on writing technical details on a project regarding solar energy in Sahara.

Short project description:
Imagine large vehicles moving slowly across the Sahara desert. They will burn crude inexpensive glasslike tube systems directly into the sand in Sahara. These vehicles are called “Solar Sand Burners”.
These sand-burners will create the tube systems while moving slowly on the sand similar to asphalt pavers on roads.
The tube systems will be multilayered, intersected and connected and will be easily maintained and replaced.
Ocean water will be directed into the tubes through tubes leading into the oceans. Pumps powered by solar energy will drive the water through the tubes.
The water will run through the tube systems and during the daytime it will heat up to high temperatures by the direct exposure to sunlight.
The hot water will be accumulated in centralized hubs.
From there large scale steam turbines will convert hot water into electricity.
The world uses 20 Peta watts of energy each year (2017). A classic solar panel of today's technology, with an area of 335 kilometers by 335 (43.000 square miles), can provide more energy than 20 Peta watts. Over 40 % of the world's total landmass is covered by farmland. If we build solar panels in just 1% of Sahara it is enough to power the entire world. The cost to build this with current technology is 10% of world GDP for one year.
In 30 years solar energy will be the only source of energy we harvest - all other forms of energy production will be redundant.
