Thermal Analysis of a Hardware Device

I want to hire 2 people for my product cae results both heat and structural. It's a power supply unit for electric cars, need to check & optimize the strength and heat dissipation capacity. In this project, the freelancer should provide thermal analysis of a device that includes 5 small motors, 1 power supply, 2 fans and 1 CPU. We would like to check & optimize heat dissipation and venting.
