Hello, very interesting project for me. I can make simulation in ANSYS WorkBench. 1. I can find load in Pa from wind in Ansys Flunt, then transfer this loads in Static Structural 2. In Static Structural I can set all boundory conditions and find enough size of concreate block. 3.
