Hello, I would like to know more about these files you need transcribed. What language are they in ? Is the audio quality good ? My average rate for transcriptions of audio files into a word document is £0,60 per recorded minute, so as you said there are 5 hours of audio, that would be £36 per hour, so $180 for all 5 hours.
