We are growing and we are looking for a night owl with exceptional customer service skills. We require an on line assistant from the hours of 12am - 4am AEST (Sydney) to answer customer enquiries overnight. The role is 20 hours a week Monday to Friday but must be available for training during business hours for the training period to begin with which is (9-6pm) As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for: -First point contact with customers via email only -Responding to queries via email -Managing customer queries with warehouse -You will be responsible for working with customers in the management of their needs for clothing sizes, payments, deliveries and any questions they might have. We pride ourselves on amazing customer service and we need a bright happy soul to join our team. -We are looking for: -Previous experience -Team player -Strong written and verbal communication -Enthusiastic and proactive -Flexible -Service driven -Able to type over 60 words per minute

I live in Central Asia, which is minus 6 hours from Sidney time and Sidney 12am-04am period is 6pm-10pm our time. Will be interested to go through the training, given the timing is acceptable.
