Help me open a Fedex account in the USA - US RESIDENTS ONLY

PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING Hello, I run a UK company and we need a US-based Fedex account to take advantage of the best Fedex prices. Our UK Company is called CPL UK Limited and has been given authorisation from the IRS and the State of New York to do business in the United States. Please see the attached certificate of authority from the state of New York which proves our eligibility in this regard (ID number redacted). Now for some reason Fedex will not let us open an account online, and they also won't let us open an account by telephone. This is because they cannot verify my identity, because I am not a US resident. So what I need is the following: 1. I need someone who is a US resident to ring Fedex and set up a company account in the name of our business, using the following New York address: CPL UK Limited 616 Corporate Way Ste 2-5070 Valley Cottage NY 10989 2. Fedex will ask for your *personal* address in order to verify you, and you should provide this information. Fedex will then ask to charge your credit card a one off fee of $10, which they will immediately refund. 3. At this point, Fedex will open an account in the name of our business at the address detailed above. 4. At this point I will then log into our Fedex account and remove your credit card from our records (assuming it's even in there, which it may well not be) and replace it with our own card. You will have full access to the Fedex account for as long as you want so that you can verify that any of your details have been removed. I want you to be aware that I will provide you with full details of how to contact me, address, phone number etc. so that you can be assured of our good intentions. All we are trying to do is get around a really annoying piece of Fedex bureaucracy and get our account open. YOU MUST BE A US RESIDENT TO DO THIS, SO I WON'T CONSIDER BIDS FROM OUTSIDE THE US. Full payment will be made in the event of success, or in the event that we've tried everything and still failed. I imagine this whole process might take 1 hour tops, and it shouldn't be a difficult process.
