Information Classification Policy for MS-Office Documents
$30-5000 USD
Paid on delivery
1. Whenever a user tries to save a document for the first time, a dialog box should open up asking if this is "Official document" or "Non-official document"
2. If the user selects Non-official document, it should allow her/him to save the document only in a specific folder.
3. If the user selects Official document, it should ask for the classification level of the document in the form of radio button (for eg: the classification could be "IMPORTANT", "NOT IMPORTANT", "REFERENCE").
4. The classification schema should be easily customizable. So if I have to change "Important" to "Critical", it should be very easy.
5. After you choose the classification, the classification should be displayed in the header and footer of the respective document in specific font and font size.
6. Exception handling for all cases should be elegant.
