Create macros to run a simple spreadsheet like a web page

So, there are 3 columns: 1st column named PROCESS has 5 processes in it. 2nd column named TEAM has names of all the teams responsible for each process. 3rd column named RESPONSIBILITY has the detailed listing of the responsibility for each team for that process. This spreadsheet needs to work like a web page where When I click on button of a process, I should be taken to a next sheet where all the teams under that process should show up as buttons, and when I click on one team, its detailed responsibilities should show up as text in the final sheet. D7 to D17 is merged as "Plan and Prepare". When I click on "Plan and Prepare" I should go to the next sheet showing cells E7 to E17 as 11 buttons. When I click on button "Cell value of E7", the data in cell F7 should show up in the final sheet. I go back to Sheet containing E7 to E17 as buttons and now When I click on button "cell value of E8", Data in cell F8 should show up in the final sheet and so on... D18 to D22 is merged as "Detection and Reporting" and this show up as a button in the first sheet along with "Plan and Prepare" and the process follows like above for data in respective column E and F. I want different buttons for each unique entity in column d, and when I click on one button, it should take me to the next sheet where all fields under that entity are again shown as different buttons and when I click the button with E8, next sheet should show me trxt in F8
