multiple xml files imported into a microsoft 2007 excel spreadsheet

I need someone to import about 4,500 xml files into a excel spreadsheet. The xml files have about 23 different items such as qid, qtype, category1, category2, etc... I also need some HTML formatting removed so just the text is left. It's a pretty small and straight forward project. For someone that can program a quick batch program to run through all of the files, this is easy money. I will send a sample xml file when I start sorting through the bids. Please post a flat price for this project - do not post an hourly rate.
