Ms Access VBA import from excel spreadsheet and run queries to append to existing table(s)

I have created (2) MS Access databases that I want help with similar functions.
Both databases I want to be able to have one command button that opens a file browser to locate the specific excel spreadsheet I want to import, have it add that spreadsheet to a temporary table so a query can be ran to remove new duplicates that may already be in the database. It would remove these duplicates based on several criteria.
So I would need someone to write the VBA for that command button. Also need a query built to remove duplicates based on certain criteria and then append it to the existing table.

This is a project that I am doing for work to cut down on the steps of people having to combine spreadsheets and remove duplicates to better promote the databases that I have created.
