JOB DESCRIPTION: We are a local company seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy taking on a variety of administrative tasks, we want to hear from you! The position is suitable for individual in USA only. Primary duties for this position will include: Providing assistance to the Director of Operations and other management staff, answering phones and routing calls accordingly, promptly responding to emails, invoicing, data entry and reporting, supply ordering, filing, mailing, and other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Experience with QuickBooks helpful.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to follow directions well.
