Claims Database

The program/database will need to be installed on a server and accessed from a minimum of 5 pc. The image uploaded in the 'Files' is a screenshot from a program, and is how we would like this program/database to look like. (rough idea). What the program is: A database with details, information and attachments relating to vehicle claims for a car hire company. How it will work: The main Screen of the program will have the list of claims, and an easily searchable field with either claim number, vehicle number or RA number. User enters the details of claims and saves, whilst going through the different tabs; and 'upload' attachments for later viewing. Automatic saving once the initial data is entered. (Blue color - Tab 1) 1. From the main screen a User will: - Create New Claim - View/Edit Claim using the search function - Cancel a Claim (row is highlighted in red) [a claim can never be deleted] -2. When a user creates a New Claim - a user will start entering information based on the 'excel' data fields provided. The different colors signify different tabs. (as per screenshot) 3. I have provided the data format for each tab. (using different colors) 4. A series of attachments can be attached (a separate tab). A user selects what they will upload. - Photos of Damage (multiple) - Claim Form - Supplier Invoices (multiple) - Repair Invoice - others as may be required 2 Weeks delivery Thanks Sam
