We conduct inspections of electromagnetic fields in homes using various instruments. Currently, we handwrite the data into a form on a piece of paper and then type the information into a report in Microsoft Word. I would like to create a form for entering the measurements using an ipad or tablet that automatically populates the table in the Microsoft Word document, or is in a format that can be used to easily inserted into the Microsoft Word document. As we use Microsoft Word in Office 365, I envision creating the form or app in Microsoft Access, but I am open to other suggestions. I would also like for the form to have the capability to capture and tag pictures and videos associated with the measurements we take, but this can be done in a later phase.
