Data Manager

We are looking for a Data Manager to work with us ongoing monthly large data updates. We have a calendar of when we require data to be updated, so the data manager would need to have this completed for us when it is time in the Calendar - either monthly/3months/6months or yearly updates on around 20 databases. We need you to have your own system to provide what we need, which is. Scrapping / robots Merging old data with new data - but be able to identify what is new data and what is old and removed old data from the new data updates. Our data in in excess of 8 millions records in our full caspio database, but when working on one database may consist of 500 to 1 million records. Creating one data set - which keeps all our notes and researcher names against all the records, that are updated in caspio database. Updating staff when data is ready for use. Create a teachable system for when you are away if we need to do an emergency data update. Data also needs to be in correct formats to our requirements, eg: proper case, dates, amounts. etc We have a caspio database - management of this would also be desirable. Help to improve our systems also.
