Hi, we are looking for forensic delay analysis experts to prepare an EoT file for a construction project. This is a time sensitive job, we only have 10 days. Therefore I will need the freelancer that I will hire for next 10 days straight (including weekend) and 10-12 hours per day. Please just apply if you are really an expert on P6, experienced on preparation of EoT files and if you don't have any plans for next 10 days. You will be collaborating with our team. There will be an award payment of extra 25% if we finish on time, but if you fail we will apply the same deduction in payment that Client will apply to us.

I'm pretty much familiar with what you need. I work as a scheduling consultant and have performed several delay analyses for different types of projects in the USA. I'm familiar with the procedure and the protocol and have used almost all types of time impact analysis (prospective and retrospective /as planned and observational). I can also prepare a narrative for the time impact analysis along with the impacted schedules.
