develop spreadsheet that will allow us to input data to generate a masterlist and pdf reports

We presently have two spreadsheets that work together to generate a masterlist of information in addition to automatic emails to data based information. In summary: 1. We would like to input information in various fields, some required some not to generate a database. 2. This database will generate a master list of all the data elements and allow us to directly email from the listed emails. 3. I am including two spreadsheets that we are using for this purpose. There was a reason for using two spreadsheets in the past that time has passed but the first spreadsheet is good for generating various set printouts and in turn populates the second spreadsheet for another purpose. 4. This will not be a web based project for security reasons, it will be an internal document that will be stored and used locally. Our goal is to merge or develop a new sheet that will allow us to populate one set of data to generate stickers, lab sheets, (fee sheets no longer necessary) and pdf results based upon the desired output. There are a few things that will change, a new PDF sheet as well as a few new fields but nothing dramatic for output of the masterlist and pdfs. We don't need to use the original spreadsheets or an amendment would be find, your choice. The simple output is the goal. Thank you.
