Hi, i am interested in your project. based on my experience, i have done similar project that you are requiring, please message me so i can show you a sample of what i understand about your project. i would rather do the sample based on your preferred format for easier communication. Hope to hear from you soon. thanks. just a proposal from what i think could be done on this project, i would be doing a data validation so that your drop down list would turn into a color coded texts, and then i would create just 1 command button "archive" to activate the archiving process to another worksheet. and then on your main worksheet, i will put check boxes so you won't have to click the archive button again and again but rather, you can unclick check boxes for erroneous tick marks placed. :)
