Very small project, 10 minutes work for right person: Create a user defined function: =LastAvailable(A5;0,n) meaning: If A5=0 then retrive A4 provided A4<>0, else retrieve A3 provided A3<>0 else retrieve A2 provided A2 <>0 up to the Nth previous cell 0 should be a variable (meaning could be replaced by blank or anythin elese, in the above example: =LastAvailable(A5;"",n) meaning: If A5=0 then retrive A4 provided A4<>"", else retrieve A3 provided A3<>"" else retrieve A2 provided A2 <>"" etc.
