Excel VBA Template following the given rules

Hi, I have a university degree in economics and IT, and several decades of system design and programming, in the recent decade especially in Excel and VBA. I plan to complete the project via writing an Excel macro contained in a separate XLSM file. This approach makes further use of the macro very convenient by offering a Control sheet containing cells populated by the usual Open file and/or select folder dialogs to identify the current input and output files (or the folders containing them, as required by the job) and hosting command buttons and other controls if necessary. In my approach you'll have opportunity to consult details with me, to test pilot solutions if necessary in order to achieve an optimal final solution. Further use of macros, fixing of bugs and minor changes are included in the bid without any additional fees. I can start working on the project immediately and complete the job within some hours. However I have noticed a contradiction between your rules and the sample xlsx file: Mohammed Qasim Al-Khaldi and Waleed Abdullah Al Khaldi consists of 3 and 4 words respectively but in your sample xlsx their first name is the first two words. This is a straightforward request for VBA coding to count the number of spaces in a text entry and perform the steps as outlined. I would recommend a simple macro executed through a button on the page that performs the analysis and displays the results. If you would like, I can also include the option to select your initial data file and then save the results automatically (so you don't have to copy and paste the initial data into the spreadsheet.
