Hire a Virtual Personal Assistant

I am looking for an efficient and effective personal assistant from India, mainly to provide professional support to my daily business duties but also in some personal areas like booking flights and hotels (occasionally also for the family). You will be working for me 5 hours daily.
Work details:
1. Supervise and manage my projects; independently chase up those that are late/not performing/bad standard.
2. Assist with my daily business tasks such as checking emails and reply.
3. Do web and industry research.
4. Prepare documents and/or presentations.
4. Research new business and financing opportunities in my business sector.
5. Interview new people and hire them for our process. This might involve domestic and international both kind of hiring.
6. Post on my FB business/twitter account and keep updated with new facts
7. Report to me daily.
8. Meet with me twice a month or as required.
Qualification:
1. You should have good English writing skill without doing any grammatical mistakes. You should have a degree in either business, finance or law or any related areas. You must be able to work independently with a good amount of self discipline.
2. You must be very Computer and Social Media literate. Excellent Excel and Word standards are minimum requirement.
2. You should be available daily from Monday to Saturday on time without any excuse.
3. You should be honest and committed person.
