I have built inventory tools previously. The way I build these is typically through a userform. So VBA would open an input box, designed to cater for your business needs, such as reference numbers you use for orders or certain products, and any other input information you require (maybe manual notes, or any information specific or type of product which can be from a drop down box). This information would be held in the background of sheet, and can be pulled back into userform if you need to update etc. Get in touch to discuss so we can make the best tool possible for your business. Your success is my success.
