Payment gateway with biometric Sdk + card reader in java + php or c# with small ready e-commerce checkout.

I need a payment gateway with biometric and credit card reader, So when I want to pay I will have to insert the card to the smart card reader and display the card number in the website automatically. ( not allowed to enter card number or expiration date ) we will call it very secure payment. I found a java script in website that I need same to read credit card check here: [login to view URL] Full name and expiration day will be read from card reader only but the CVV code I will enter manually only After that I submit the payment to bank which will go to server which is a virtual bank server After that it will ask for the biometric authentication if the card number and name and CVV is correct then we have to put finger on machine to scan it and submit it to the bank. If the fingerprint is correct it will accept the payment. But only if there is money available on account. But the client will be ecommerce website for example and the bank is the server where you will submit info for checking it is basically same way as payment gateway with one time pin authentication.
