We are hiring a Customer Service Representative who will mainly be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients via email. This includes promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The representative will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all communications are accurate, efficient, and exceed expectations. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and providing feedback to management on areas for improvement. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required for this role. From time to time the role may also include some other administrative and social media work. The role is part-time (15 hours per week, 3 hours a day 5 days a week).

Hi Sir, Since 2007 I have worked with many clients around the globe, and successfully accomplished many projects of different niche. Now I am working with one of the UK based client on his Amazon and eBay business; I help him to handle buyer's cancelation request, USPS tracking code filling and get the claim processed of the undeliverable or lost orders on USPS. I monitor all cancelation emails those come on eDesk, then if required block the outgoing order on linnwork and process refund on Amazon or on eBay. I check whistl dashboard for USPS tracking code and enter the code on eBay or Amazon; if somehow the order get lost in system, then contact the USPS over email for refund of product amount and shipping charge as well. Upon receiving approval from USPS, process the refund procedure on USPS portal. I do all these, day in and day out, without failure or without any prodding from my client. So it is evident that I am the right person for providing service to your clients via email to address all their concerns and issues. I will maintain records of all customer interactions and as necessary provide feedback to the management about various issues.
