We need formula to calculate Retail Prices.

Wholesale x # round up to xxx9.95 = Retail Price

If Retail price = 109.95, 3009.95, 50009.95 and etc. must go to next number 119.95. 3019.95 and etc.

If number after multiply will be xxx9.951 price number has to go up. 79.951 price must be 89.95.
