RFP: I WOULD LIKE TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR TO AUTOMATICALLY IDENTIFY ACCURATE EMAIL ADDRESSES WHEN PROVIDED THE FIRST NAME, LAST NAME AND DOMAIN NAME OF THE TARGET PERSON. DO NOT APPLY TO THIS GIG IF YOU CANNOT DO IT. You will automatically identify accurate email addresses when provided the first name, last name and domain name of the target person (you will need to figure out the correct email address for this person. The email address may be e.g., firstnamelastname@[login to view URL]; or firstintiallastname@[login to view URL]; and there are other possibilities.) You will do this for approximately 760,272 people and place these email addresses in the first column of the spreadsheet. Attached is an example of a record of a target name. a. (EASY) For each spreadsheet, please change the title: “Phone number combined” to “Phone number” and “Fax number combined” to “Fax number”. b. (EASY) After verifying the email address workbooks, consolidate similar workbooks together e.g., “CEO email addresses part 1 of 2” WITH “CEO email addresses part 2 of 2” c. (EASY) Sort the workbooks alphabetically within each category ((i.e., CEO, COO, CMO, CFO, CIO and Sales Exec) according to company name e.g., “Amazon” would appear before “Ebay” d. (EASY) Please upload the finished workbooks to Google Drive in the following 2 categories: i. “Multiple email addresses workbooks” (i.e., CMO, CIO and Sales Exec). 1. For CMO, CIO and Sales Execs, please save the version of the email addresses that were successfully verified - even if some of the recipients have multiple working versions of their email address. Save these email addresses and their meta-data (e.g., address, telephone number, etc.) on Google Drive under “Multiple email addresses Workbooks”. ii. “One email address workbooks” (i.e., CEO, COO, CMO, CFO, CIO and Sales Exec). 1. For *all* of the email lists (i.e., CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO and Sales Executives), please save a version whereby if a recipient has multiple verified versions of their email address, just save *one* working email address for that recipient. Save these email addresses and their meta-data (e.g., address, telephone number, etc.) on Google Drive under “One email address Workbooks”. When you are finished, we will conduct statistical analysis to see if your work passes. You will provide a money-back guarantee and unlimited revisions. You must give me at least daily updates. You should be able to write excellent English and remember, you must successfully achieve *all* the tasks in this RFP to be paid; you will not be paid for best effort.
