Scrape Locations to Excel

So I have a steady need to find the locations of people in large data files (excel sheets with anywhere from 2,000-50,000 contacts exported from LinkedIn). The files include first, last, title, company and email but not the person's location. I know all of these individuals have LinkedIn accounts, and I want to scrape their location into a new column in the excel file. I have an extractor to scrape the locations straight from LinkedIn, but LinkedIn is constantly changing and doing this risks my account getting flagged and closed. So I need to do the same thing, only via a search engine. Bing seems the best because it displays the location of the person right at the top. In the excel file, I created a Bing search URL for all of the individuals.
I need a program or process that can do process several thousand locations a day. Possibly a Python script.
For this project to be successfully completed, I need the process to be:
-A simple, streamlined way to process multiple large files with 2,000-50,000 contacts a month
-No large monthly fee
