Search the Web for Something - match job advertisements from companies to hiring managers

We are a HR recruitment search firm based in the UK focusing on mid-senior level assignments. We receive regular alerts each day informing us of relevant job vacancies posted by organisations that we may wish to introduce ourselves to and see if we can assist with their recruitment. The current gap in this process is finding a timely and efficient way to find out who the most relevant point of contact is for us to approach. Typically this would be the Head of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition Director, Recruitment Manager, HR Director or equivalent HR professional within that specific organisation, We therefore need an individual who is extremely capable on social channels to identify who the individual / individuals most relevant to us are and list them against the job vacancy (including name, job title, switchboard telephone number and email address). We would envisage that you would primarily be sourcing this information using LinkedIn (to identify the prospect) and then something such as Prophet to glean their email address. A broad LinkedIn network (especially within the UK HR space) or a LinkedIn premium subscription is extremely advantageous. We receive anywhere from 20-40 job alerts relevant to our sector and space each working day so this would be a regular ongoing assignment where you would update a shared spreadsheet (Google Sheets). Depending on how this project progresses there may also be additional work in terms of adding the contacts and lead opportunities to our CRM system; Salesforce and potential data cleansing work. We have included a sample of this data for you to review the types of companies you will need to find key contacts and contact information at.
