Text SQL table data to populate in excel, then read back to prepare xml

I need someone to do this project for me. Data will be available as sql table, excel, text or csv, comma delimited files Total count of columns are less than 10, so very easy to handle data tables. System will read the data, filter it as required, open a pre-designed excel sheet, start populating the data as per the filter in rows and columns. Excel sheet will have several named ranges, and same type of data may have multiple occurrences based on the currency and country data. Named range for currency and country to be added dynamically in the excel sheets. Once the provided data is populated in the excel sheets, excel will calculate it in multiple columns in each row and and there will be sub grouping of total on rows. All formulas will be provided in excel (=formula) format. After the data is populated and verified by the user, a button will read data including all source rows , calculated rows, by keeping all attributes into a text, csv or sql table and save it. The saved data then will prepare xml files in a special but very simple format. A small web page which initially will run from the localhost. Later, on I will book a domain to use it. It must be developed using ASP.Net, SQL and Excel (all latest versions). As later on I will be including in my existing project, I will require complete source code with explanation notes. All above work is being done manually, so actually it is automation of the process. There are almost 20 different sheet format but source data table is 98% the same.
