Virtual Assistant/Buyer Call Coordinator for Real Estate Team
₱90-100 PHP / hour
* Import leads into Infusionsoft/ database including all notes, contact information and source
* Check for duplicates
* Tag and Edit information as necessary
* Record all leads distributed on Google Sheets
* Coordinate distribution of leads to buyer agents through Agent Locator/Infusionsoft (round robin)
* Monitor leads given to ensure they are being worked as per expectations
* Report to Team Leader/Office Manager weekly summary of leads
* Assist in setting up all new systems in database to automatically email, tag and set call dates
* Register and attend webinars to remain current
* Provide input into new systems (as necessary)
