This Simulator must be rewritten in F# / .NET
Hi! It's a really interesting project! As you might saw i worked with F# the last 2 years and loved the language so far. I'm working right now on the implementation of succinct data structures for dimensional modeling and querying so simulation is a new and challenging ground for me! I'll dig a bit about SML/NJ and since I ported some Ocaml and Haskell code to F# (and given that all of those are ML influenced) I can understand SML pretty straightforward. I open the repo and look it very superficially, probably take an hour or two today to give it a closer look; it appears to be a big project. I have 10 hours per week (I'm at a classic job during working hours) maybe some more depending on my weekends. I'm really eager to deep dive into this and very grateful for your invitation to bid the project (I look for F# projects and couldn't find anyone so I gave up a week ago and focus towards front end development here)
Hoping to work together! Don't hesitate to reach me through chat!
