Separate email list into groups by purchasing behavior - to each group sends a different promo code. 3. Download a report on open, click-through rates and promo usage among each group and send it to analitics. Manage Gaia Social for Facebook and Twitter including posting and light content editing. 1.5 hour/ day M-F. Social Media - Twitter, Facebook The specialst should edit and post content that is submitted to the weekly newsletter, but not selected, and othet content that will be given from manager. Social media manager responds to comments and sends DMs to users who share positive comments, gets the user’s Gaia name and deposits GC in their account as a thank you to the community and as a way to track engagement and social value. Review Workshop Requests and Respond to Comments, 30 mins/ day M-F. Manage and estimate requests from users by the means of precise guidance. Any request that has been estimated should move to in progress or set to Crowdfund status with an amount to gather. Once a month, with the developer, review crowdfund campaigns and DM users to let them know that we will refund money from their campaign if it remains inactive, then refund inactive campaigns.
