Looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and work on some awesome client accounts
You'll be creating, managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns using Facebook Ads & Google Ads to drive leads and maximize results
What You'll Be Doing!
Weekly management and optimization of advertising campaigns and funnels
Analyze campaign performance and compare with industry benchmarks (such as CTRs, Conversion Rates, Cost/Lead)
Setup campaigns, audiences, targeting, GA goals, Pixel events, conversion tracking tags,
Create ads, including visuals & copy
Analyze what's working/not working and make recommendations
Analyze landing pages and make recommendations based on best practices
Be familiar and comfortable working with Google Analytics, HotJar, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, and CRM integrations (such as Zapier to MailChimp/HubSpot)
We do not do full web development! BUT we often do help out with landing page development and optimizations... and specialists will need to be able to make edits and create new variations as needed. Typically to align landing page content + CTAs with ad copy.
We have some great clients and campaigns that we work with. Some campaigns are longtime running and stable. Some are newer and ready for more hands-on management. In both cases, you'll always be testing and working to improve campaign results.
Must be up-to-date on Facebook & Google Ads, and digital marketing best practices. Bonus if you follow thought leaders, podcasts, and have certifications.
Looking for an individual whom we can work with directly, and looking to start on an hourly, project basis.
