Acerca del empleo: Somos una fabrica de muebles con más de 10 años de trayectoria. Estamos buscando un Social Media manager o Community Manager para implementar un plan de redes sociales y contribuir a nuestros resultados comerciales. Su objetivo principal será inspirar a nuestra comunidad a diario, a través de contenido atractivo. Su objetivo será conectarlos con nuestra marca y redirigirlos orgánicamente a nuestro sitio web y nuestra oferta. Las principales funciones son: Crear e implementar planes de comunicación específicos para cada canal. Creación de calendarios de contenido Gestión de Aplicaciones ( Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) Creación de piezas gráficas y videos. Eventualmente generar contenido en nuestra fábrica. Generación de reportes cuantitativos y cualitativos de rendimiento Crear campañas en Meta Ads y Google con diferentes objetivos y distribuir de manera eficiente el presupuesto mensual Requisitos: Experiencia en social media. Persona con experiencia comprobable en rubros afines. Pasión por el interiorismo y el diseño. Conocimiento creativo y organizacional con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, mentalidad práctica y habilidades analíticas básicas que le permiten decidir qué contenido publicar. Conocimientos en social paid media. Condiciones de contratación: Modo de trabajo flexible: aproximadamente 80 % remoto , 10 % en nuestra fábrica generando contenido. Modalidad de trabajo: freelance.
