It is difficult to evaluate the project without seeing its description. Number of layouts, required functions. Especially some of the work you have already done. I consider the cost of the project depending on the time for development at a rate of $ 25 per hour. I can make a detailed calculation after receiving a description and analyzing the current solution. If the project is long-term, the cost of an hour can be revised downwards.
