QUICK JOB - Add a single line of code to Flash SWF file(repost)

Hi, I decided to re-word the bid information because of my research so far. 1. I have SWF application that runs on Windows perfectly. You can run a demo here: [login to view URL] 2. BUT on Android browsers that support Flash, it does not allow me to see the Flash Global Settings (to allow Camera Access). My Android allows me to Enter the room, but does not pop-up the Adobe Flash Settings Manager. 3. I looked through Adobe and found this solution: [login to view URL] 4.
