Cartoon and banner artist

Hi, For a new website (www . ik . be) I need some banners. Like you can see there is a donkey in the logo. I want you to remake that same donkey doing funny things (for example playing on a playstation, or kissing a women donkey). Use your fantasy and creativity to make different poses. With these new cartoons I want you to make an attractive banner (728 x 90)(at least 4 frames) to promote this website. You can chose if you make it as a gif file or as a flash file. I am looking for beginning and talented designers who can provide me more banners after this one also for a fair price. We are looking for a long term relationship. Thanks, Kevin
