Zinc-based Web App in Client-server Network

Flink Learning has between 3,000 online learning activities and an authoring web application (programmed in Flash) that can run in a web browser. Activities can also be organized into products, bundled with a zinc-based version of the web application (FlinkPlay) that runs them, and installed on single computers. We want to convert this zinc-based version of FlinkPlay to run on a server in a local area-network. We also have a web-based Teacher Utility. We need a zinc-based version of this web application that can also run on a server in a local-area network. The skills needed for this project include: (1) Flash, (2) zinc, and (3) client-server networks. We need all bids in by Friday, February 3, and the project completed by the end of February. I have attached a project specifications document. It includes how to access materials needed for the bid, both from our web site and our FTP site.
