Flash and/or Silverlight Game Developers

I have a big project coming up in the next month and will be needing a team of very skilled flash and/or silverlight game [login to view URL] of these games may be simple games but for the most part they will be more advanced. Please look at clubpenguin and http://www.webkinz.com. Some things may be games and other be activities similar to what clubpenguin is doing. The biggest thing is the look of the game. If it doesn't look good nobody will want to play it. These games are going to be geared towards younger children so that is why the look and feel of the game is very important. Please PM me your resume, portfolio/sample work and hourly rate so we can go from there. I have a creative person on the team who will be dictating what he would like done with each game and how it should work. Also there will be a need to tie some of these games into the users account by a sql server database. So experience in that integration is a big plus as well.
