3d interactive flash for website

Hi,

I am looking for someone who can make a white outline only 3d female face (not textures/not rendered).

We want users to be able to select from a menu of pen colours and draw on the face interactively.

Face must:

- Be able to rotate 360 degrees

- User submit when complete, and colors selected are sent to backend using SQL query

- there is a small tips section in this tool that will load tips from backend sql database

- face must be in flash and loadable from HTML

All SQL queries will be provided by us, database is managed by us.

Requirements from employee:

- Good understanding of English instructions

- Must have 95% positive feedback

- Must have score over 30 feedbacks for part payment to be made in advance, rating lower then 30 then we will need to test final product (on your server) before any payment is made.

- must have a lot of previous 3d experience in feedbacks

- must be happy to ask us any questions during project.

UPDATE:

We are purchasing the 3d face online, we just need to integrate the 3d face into the backend database as well as add more features to the face, such as:
- ability to paint on the face
- two way communication from flash to php MySQL
