CUSTOM VIDEO/PHOTO GALLERY - URGENT HELP WANTED

We are looking for a team to complete a custom video/photo gallery component started on our web site with at least one working sample by a July 30th deadline. Portions of the component had been started and previously developed from a using a mosets tree component on Joomla 1.x to use as the form for the back end. The back-end component is a form where videos (scenes) could be uploaded and categorized and to fit into a customized display. Each scene page display has an image/title/description/actress (hyperlinked), full scene embedded, then followed below by 6-7 sub-scenes with images in a gallery like setting, and below each image links to click to view the video in other formats (PSP, IPOD, MPEG!, etc). Each scene page also has a link that goes to a corresponding 1- minute clips gallery and a photo gallery, which also has a zip file to download all photos and a scene clips gallery. The photo gallery has three sizes of photos. The component is partially completed. The flash player is set up into the site and already embedded into the page. However, there is a bug in IE7 with the component that crashes the browser, but the component works in Firefox. Also there are additional fields that need to be added. As well, the main display needs additional configuration. We are using Joomla as our CMS with a Hyperion template that has a player on the front for trailers, etc and some minor structuring was configured which needs to be completed. The video download links also were to have a downloads manager as to hide the addresses of the videos and were to be fitted into a membership subscription area, which also needs to be added. (NOTE: We also tried using Jmovies, but needed a flash player and other fields set up, so they used another program.) We are hoping to find a RELIABLE and truly professional team that can communicate well and help us to complete this portion of the project with at least one working sample by our July 30th deadline. There are also additional areas to the site and more work that will continue from this job. English must be good and excellent communication skills are a must.
