46610 fix website/add flash

I am a student and making the following website much nicer. [login to view URL] My version of this site will be used to provide information about an educational program and should really impress the visitors (who are newly graduated medical doctors) - encouraging them to apply to this program. 1.) I'd like a short flash intro and flash header with a sort of "ER TV series" style motiff but featuring our program's location in the Texas Medical Center. 2.) I'd also like to feature a video interview with a couple of former graduates of this program talking about it. (naturally, we'll make these .. you just help implement where video put on site) 3.) Also I'd to add some sort of simple flash game or /app to this site to encourage students to pass the link to other students. 4.) This site needs a unique, attractive, and intuititive layout I look forward to hearing some reasonable bids from quality designers who can deliver an outstanding job. If a good deal/job is done I will certainly have more work available as I run an ongoing student run project!!! If possible, please itemize your bid such as how much to do everything, or how much to do everthing minus the flash, how much to just do the flash intro/header, etc. thanks, James
