I am redesigning my website. I am a limousine service. I have been in business seven years. This is my third redesign in such time. Each time I make it more functional and user friendly. I need 10 pages with flash and real sharp modern graphics and audio. The home page needs to change day to night respectively to the vistors time zone. Each of the pages banner is required to flash with content that is respective to that page. Quantum CMS for self editing. All ten pages will require SEO. Link building is very important for page ranking and is a requirement for all ten pages. Hosting and email will be needed in addition.
